Our Regulations

" For the reservation to be valid it must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the list price.
" The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the booked property, before handing over the keys.
" The customer who interrupts his stay for any reason is not entitled to any refund relating to the unused stay.
" In the event of cancellations by the customer, the following penalties are applied, calculated as percentages on the total sum of the services booked:
• 10% up to 30 days before the start of the stay;
• 20% from 29 to 21 days before the start of the stay;
• 50% from 20 to 11 days before the start of the stay;
• 75% from 10 to 3 days before the start of the stay;
• 100% after these terms.
Any cancellations of the stay must be made via email.

» Calanca Srl declines all responsibility during the stay for any accidents, injuries or damage that may be caused to them or for any loss or theft of personal objects in the apartments. Calanca Srl also does not consider itself responsible for any interruptions of services due to force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions, war events, civil and military disturbances, riots, natural disasters, technical failures or other similar events).

Any additional expenses due to these causes will therefore not be refunded, just as there is no refund in the event of forced interruption of services.
